Assessments

I complete full diagnostic assessment reports that are written according to SpLD Assessment Standards Committee (SASC) guidelines. They include results, full interpretation and teaching recommendations.

Assessments will investigate co-occuring difficulties including dyspraxia.

Access Arrangements

With agreement from your school or college, tests can be undertaken to apply for examination access arrangements including extra time, a PC or rest breaks. I must be approved by the school, who must give prior agreement for the assessment for this service to be provided.

Study Support

I support school and university students on a 1:1 basis with study skills. This is can include active reading and listening strategies, structuring content, planning workload, referencing, checking work against mark schemes etc.

If you have a diagnosis but would like a programme of teaching designed to support learning then I can create an 'intervention programme' based on the results already known.
